Lough Derg re-opens for the 2008 Season

May 3rd will see the first pilgrims of the 2008 Season arrive. Over the winter months there has been lots of preparation as Lough Derg underwent a facelift. Regular pilgrims will notice the changes to the revamped facilites at the lakeshore as well as the sleek new look to the Boat fleet. All this is part of a 'refreshed' Lough Derg and this Season it is hoped many pilgrims will come and find some quiet time at this unique Island Sanctuary. Our theme for this Season is Lough Derg....Bringing you the Gift of Hope. Day Retreats are offered during the month of May on Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun-booking is required. We look forward to welcoming you to the Sanctuary
